Belle robe rubis, brillante de bonne intensité. Nez profond qui a besoin d'aération pour nous offrir un bouquet de champignons frais, d'humus et de gelée de framboise. Jolie bouche, complexe, riche de tanins étoffés et mûrs qui tapissent le palais de saveurs fumées et sous-bois qui évoluent vers la cerise cuite. Un Moulin à Vent de caractère qui tiendra la table.
