Belle robe jaune claire dorée et scintillante. Aucun doute dès le nez, bienvenue au royaume des plantes ! Infusion délicate de gentiane, verveine, tilleul qui glisse vers des arômes grillés délicats. La bouche délicate joue plutôt dans le registre fruits exotiques, papaye, mangue avec des bulles vineuses structurantes. A essayer sur une escalope de foie gras à la mangue.
