Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune dorée aux reflets paille. Présence de bulles fines discrètes. Nez typé qui fleure bon le clou de girofles, les champignons et l'humus frais. En bouche, attaque sur une belle effervescence, notes de gentiane, chair juteuse, salivante. Finale un peu grillée et fruit sec. Servir sur des huitres gratinées.
