Belle robe, grenat assez soutenu. Nez expressif fier de ses origines aux arômes de poivron grillé façon tapas, un peu fumé, complété de cuir fin et de sous-bois. Belle bouche équilibrée ou l’élevage vient en support et nous livre une chair structurée et complexe aux notes poivrées, un peu mentholé et moka. Belle finale distinguée. Servir vers 16°sur une viande gourmande.
