Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
On lui a déjà attribué la note maxi pour le millésime 2001. Celui-ci est du même niveau. Robe acajou brillante, limpide, qui égrène des senteurs de garrigue, de fruits secs, de miel. Le vin est en perpétuelle évolution.
Belle acidité en finale, riche en sucre résiduels, fraîcheur, élégance, complexité, gourmandise, noix, noisette torréfiée. A essayer aussi sur un pâté brioché servi tiède.
