Belle crème ocre rouge un peu granuleuse. L'aubergine est respectée, grande sensation de ratatouille très mijotée, grillée dès l'attaque en bouche. Un concentré de cuisine méditerranéenne dans un bocal. La tomate façon confite en soutien. Longue finale sur l'olive.
