Robe grenat assez soutenu. Un nez mûr de fruits noirs et fruits rouges, noblement épicé, lardé et rôti. Bouche ample, charnue et mature mais toujours juteuse, issue d'une récolte à parfaite maturité. Trame vineuse toujours solide, mais avec un fruité moelleux, confituré. Servir carafé sur de solides viandes.
