Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune pâle argentée et brillante. Nez fin et racé aux effluves de pomme, poire et amande, intensément gourmand. Nous le découvrons en bouche avec à l’attaque une chair un peu moelleuse gorgée de coing, d’acacia qui se resserre sur des notes plus tendues. Une belle expression du Pinot gris !
