Belle robe grenat sombre et profonde. Dès le premier nez, des senteurs d'épices, de crème de cassis, de poivre noir et de figue fraîche envahissent nos narines et nous offrent une bouffée fruitée, mûre, enivrante. En bouche la chair veloutée tapisse le palais de saveurs grillées, tabac et myrtille. Des tanins soyeux, étoffés et digestes ajoutent en complexité. Grande réussite Sudiste. Servir vers 16° sur de solides viandes.
