Belle robe pâle et argentée, brillante. Nez discret et agréable, empreint de minéralité et de zeste de Pomelo, un rien anisé. Bouche dans le même registre, fraîche qui surfe sur le végétal. Finale chlorophylle, un brin mentholé. Servir vers 10°C sur des sushis.
