Robe jaune pâle qui ne dénote pas avec ces accents de fruits blancs et secs. Mélange entre vivacité au nez et une bouche très délicate. Un Sauvignon bien travaillé, avec de l’élégance et de la fraicheur. A servir sur une fricassée de veau aux champignons.
