Robe jaune pâle dorée. Nez typé aux arômes de levain, un peu fumé et empyreumatique, assez déroutant. En bouche, une dimension fruitée lui apporte la gourmandise avec une impression originale de café au lait et une certaine vinosité. Servir sur des rillettes de thon ou tartare de saumon.
