Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Robe jaune assez soutenu reflets paille. Nez un peu exubérant sur la frangipane, la pâte à choux bien cuite et la poire très mûre. En bouche, nous retrouvons cette maturité, ce côté poire rôtie, croissant avec une pointe de gentiane. La Faible présence de bulles renforce notre sensation de richesse. A essayer sur un poulet fermier juste rôti.
