Belle robe grenat soutenu. Nez à la fois puissant et élégant aux senteurs d'olives noires, de noyau de cerises et de sous-bois. En bouche, la chair est mature, ronde et juteuse aux subtiles notes d'épices douces, de cannelle et de tabac blond. Jolie finale gourmande à souhait qui sent le soleil. Servir sur un mijoté de porc aux pruneaux.
