Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune doré façon grains de raisin au soleil. Nez vineux assez puissant évoquant le malt, l'eucalyptus et le café vert. Beaucoup de complexité. La bulle est juste parfaite, elle remplit le palais et éclate de saveurs balsamique, poivre gris et fruits secs. Longue finale structurée gastronomique. Servir sur un tablier de sapeur.
