Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Robe brillante, jaune pâle, reflets citron. Nez fin et agréable, un peu crayeux, gourmand, de fleurs blanches mellifères, un peu de poire, de pomme cuite. Élégante bouche fondue, juteuse, sur des notes de pâte d'amande. Finale au soupçon d'agrumes, pamplemousse. Servir sur un omble chevalier.
