Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Robe jaune clair, scintillante aux reflets argentés. Petites bulles discrètes. Nez très complexe de coing, de fruits secs, d'iris, de foin coupé. Il parait plus vineux. Confirmation en bouche, la chair juteuse et saline se gonfle et libère des notes de poire, soupçon de réglisse. C'est tonique et salivant. Il tiendra tête à une belle volaille rôtie, à la peau craquante.
