Robe rouge cerise avec des reflets fauves, Tawny. Nez friand, dense, élégant qui livre du fruit rouge et des épices type tandoori. Finale tannique suave, dont la pointe d’acidité tient bien. Mariez avec un civet de homard, gésier de canard et coulis concentré de vin rouge.
