Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe grenat assez soutenue et brillante. Joli nez jovial et gourmand qui fleure bon les fruits rouges, la grenadine et un peu de poivre. Un petit côté végétal en attaque en bouche renforce la fraîcheur et lui donne une grande buvabilité. Notes d’humus, de lichen et de baies de cassis. Finale gourmande et digeste très agréable. Servir sur une belle volaille fermière rôtie.
