Un vin droit et net. Belle harmonie entre le nez et la bouche. Les notes poivrées, épicées, dominent. La bouche offre des arômes de petits fruits noirs et de tabac. Le grain serré du vin apporte une texture presque veloutée. Une incontestable réussite qui sera le compagnon idéal pour accompagner un gigot d’agneau au thym. A suivre régulièrement.
