Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Robe intense, lumineuse. Nez fumé, très fumé. En revanche la bouche est gourmande, ronde. L’équilibre fruits-alcool est réussi. Un vin qui doit être carafé impérativement pour chasser un nez difficile à apprécier. La dégustation est plaisante car ce vin présente une vraie personnalité et une complexité affirmée. A essayer avec un poulet basquaise.
