Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Magnifique robe jaune pâle lumineuse aux quelques reflets saumonés. Grand nez frais et expressif de rose, et de groseille. En bouche la minéralité d’abord, le fruit, ensuite façon gelée, subtile et délicatement agrumé. Une certaine vinosité en finale en fait un rosé subtil ! Un brin d’exotisme ! Servir vers 12°C sur des rougets en escabèche.
