Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Splendide entrée en matière de miel, de fruits blancs, de figues, de dattes. On retrouve des notes de pommes à la cannelle et des arômes pâtissiers. Un breuvage riche, intense, avec une pointe iodée. L’élevage apporte une trame riche assez bluffante. Une grande capacité de garde. A essayer « religieusement » sur un cigare type Partagas ou avec des gésiers de canards en salade et foie gras fumé.
