Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Robe jaune très pâle. Elégant nez de fruits blancs mûrs avec une touche de fleurs d’acacia. La bouche n’est que fruit, rondeur et gourmandise. Bulles crémeuses qui nourrissent le vin. Belle tenue, longue perception de saveurs. Tout est fondu et harmonieux. Servir vers 8° sur une volaille à la crème.
