Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe grenat clair, reflets framboise. Nez franc d’un Pinot croquant et charmeur au bon goût de fruits rouges, une pointe de kirsch et de noyau. La bouche est souple, un peu lardée et sauvage. La chair est acidulée et juteuse. Jolie finale gourmande sur la prunelle. Servir vers 16° sur un foie de veau au vinaigre de framboise.
