Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Jolie robe pourpre aux reflets violacés assez soutenus. Nez d’un Bordeaux jeune et gourmand aux larges effluves poivrés et cassis. La bouche est du pur jus, simple et efficace, agréable avec des notes de groseille et de poivron. Petits tanins resserrant en fin de bouche. Servir vers 18° sur une belle terrine de canard.
