Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe rouge, d'un pourpre assez soutenu. Nez aromatique et frais mêlant le cassis, le fumé, avec une pointe vanillée. Jolie bouche qui nous livre d’abord son intense fruit élégant et frais, accompagné de notes de poivron grillé. La chair est bien structurée en finale avec un élevage maîtrisé. Servir sur un canard rôti et des figues.
