Jolie robe jaune pâle aux reflets argentés brillants. Beau nez gourmand sur la fleur de sureau, de litchi, de gentiane. Belle bouche à la sucrosité intégrée et parfaitement maitrisée. Gelée de coing, noisette, amande, liqueur de poire, un peu balsamique. Grande réussite pour l’exercice délicat du demi-sec ! Osez la tatin de poireaux !
