Jolie robe rouge violine soutenue. Le fruit pourrait être le mot qui résume ce nez aux accents ensoleillés et gourmands. La bouche suit, du jus de raisin concentré aux notes de cassis, de chocolat noir. Finale généreuse aux tanins enrobés. Très flatteur. Servir vers 16° sur des filets mignons caramélisés et figues rôties.
