Belle robe profonde et concentrée aux reflets violacés. Puissant nez sauvage qui a besoin d’aération, aux arômes de poivron grillé, de cuir fin. Une bouche opulente, presque sucrée, sur les champignons, le jus de cerise et le poivre. Tanins bien présents en finale qui donnent de la buvabilité. Servir sur une cuisine du Sud.
