Ce vin a besoin d’oxygène pour donner tous ses arômes. La bouche est très gourmande, saine, délicate, riche. On note une belle longueur, une grande complexité. La finale est sans tanin sévère, ce qui donne un vin sphérique avec des parfums de fruits gourmands. Le mariage parfait ? Avec des brochettes d’agneau, sans aucun doute !
