Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe rose pâle, brillante, aux petits reflets pomelo, avec une bulle fine et pas trop abondante. Nez agréable de petits fruits rouges mêlés aux épices douces. Bouche fruitée, un peu sauvage, centrée sur la gourmandise avec une attaque vive. Rosé agréable et acidulé. Servir vers 10° sur une salade de fraises et poivre ou une tarte.
