Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune assez soutenue. Bulles très présentes et fines. Nez dominé par l’eucalyptus, un peu animal. Les saveurs reviennent sur la sensation de plantes, d’infusion. C’est vineux, un peu salin en finale. Élégant.
