Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Notes oxydatives, pruneau cuit et cru, confiture de vieux garçon, l’oxydation disparaît après le premier nez, ce sont des parfums très agréables.
On croit croquer dans le pruneau, tanins très présents, belle complexité et beaucoup de longueur, saveurs de crème de pruneau, un peu citronné en finale et acidulé.
