Des parfums en un bel ornement : fruits blancs, fruits exotiques, mangue confite, banane séchée, touche d’épices. Une acidité heureuse en finale qui vient contrebalancer la sucrosité marquée, le tout relevé d’un accent de curry. Parfait pour le foie gras indubitablement, mais une viande au curry saura y trouver son bonheur.
