Belle robe jaune pâle, petits reflets verts. Bulles bien présentes. Dès l’attaque, nous sommes dans le registre des plantes : mentholé, anisé, feuille de verveine. La bouche est complétée par des notes citronnées. C’est un Champagne incisif qui peut tenir tête à un beau plateau de fruits de mer.
