Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Ah la belle bête ! Sombre comme un alezan, aux reflets brillants, sur des parfums de fruits frais. Subtil mélange, menthol, eucalyptus, bois précieux, beaucoup de charme. Attaque nette, ça piaffe sous les sabots, ça monte en puissance, fruits noirs, tanins soyeux, touche anisée. Cavalcade parfaite de bout en bout.
