Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Nez fin, élégant, il demande un peu d’aération puis arrivent des notes minérales, un soupçon fumées et la fleur d’acacia. La bouche suit, pas d’esbroufe, c’est sérieux mais il faut être un peu patient, notes légèrement boisées, une grande minéralité. Servir vers 10°, carafer, sur un gratin d’écrevisses.
