Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Joli nez très fin avec des notes de noisette, de poire, assez exubérants, une pointe d’agrume, style citron confit. Belle complexité. La bouche confirme, quel gras ! Certes un élevage bois mais bien maîtrisé. Très long en bouche, élégant, notes d’abricot, une pointe exotique. Finale désaltérante malgré cette richesse. Servir vers 12° sur une salade exotique au homard.
