Nez puissant de fruits blancs et jaune un peu confits, de miel, de vanille et de coing. C'est gourmand et riche avec beaucoup d ampleur et un bel équilibre entre acidité et sucre. On a peut-être enfin trouvé le compagnon idéal des sœurs Tatin.
