La patience doit accompagner le dégustateur. Le nez tarde à s’ouvrir puis il dévoile graduellement menthol et pivoine. L’accent épicé enrobe avec densité le palais. L’élevage est bien maîtisé, le velours s’invite signe que le viticulteur est aussi un artiste.
