La palette aromatique très riche (tabac, poivre, épices, résine) en fait un vin de caractère très complexe. Grande longueur, le terroir s’exprime pleinement. A déguster sur un plat noble (gibier, coq au vin, fromage de caractère). L’élégance italienne est convoquée à la table. Un moment de plaisir.
