Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Beaucoup de complexité pour ce vin sec qui offre une belle minéralité mais aussi des nuances florales. La bouche offre une superbe matière vineuse et se termine après une belle longueur par une finesse précise et nette. Il saura mettre en valeur un beau poisson (filet de perche) ou un tartare de saumon. Un vin d’artiste qui nécessite une ouverture quelques heures avant dégustation. Exceptionnel.
