Très frais au premier abord, c’est dû aux senteurs de menthe et de plantes. On déguste l’amande fraîche posée sur un lit velouté avant une pointe de café.

Un vin different. Beaucoup moins tanique que les autres Madiran que j'ai gouté. Je l'ai adoré sur un salmis de palombe.
