12 mois de bois pour un résultat ... «estupendo» et surtout pour un bouquet gracieux aux notes de pruneau et de menthe. Qu’il est bon de croquer la pêche, l’abricot et les fruits secs. Plein, onctueux il est fait pour supporter une côte de bœuf ou un fromage au lait de brebis.
