Impératif de bien l’aérer car il ne se livre pas immédiatement (en bon catalan qu’il est). Puis c’est l’explosion : menthol, tisane, fenouil, truffe. Intense il se goûte comme un rouge, fruits noirs (cassis) presque compote. Il ne laisse pas indifférent.
