Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Complexité aromatique telle qu’on pourrait s’y perdre mais la fleur blanche domine. La bouche est explosive, faite d’arômes fondus de bois, d’anis et de coing, sans oublier cette pointe mentholée. Une finale longue, confiturée et beurrée. C’est superbe et mériterait que l’on crée l’appellation Saint-Véran Grand Cru.
