Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Marrant de trouver un 2005 désaltérant, mais pourquoi s’en cacher si c’est bon. La robe est sérieuse car profonde, cerise noire. Le nez est développé, un soupçon boisé et avenant. Une note de poivron s’en mêle harmonieusement. Pas de tannins durs, une finale agréable, l’ami de tout un repas.
