Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Pour une première cuvée serait-ce un coup de maître, ou un coup de cœur ? La robe est tantôt vermillon tantôt fruit mûr. Le nez a de la fraîcheur, les arômes sont confits, vanillés, grillés pour finir sur une pointe pivoine. Une belle mâche sur des fruits rouges où l’on retrouve la note grillée, épicée.
