Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
François 1° eut certainement apprécié cette cuvée à son nom. Les trois cépages qui la composent sont bien travaillés.Une sympathique robe profonde couleur rubis. Un nez un peu animal. Une bouche cassis chocolaté et de la persistance. Nous avons aimé.
